You will receive a link to download your report immediately after purchase in your email. The download link is only valid for 14 days so be sure to download it in that time. A pop-up will also appear to download your report immediately after purchase unless you have ad-blockers that prevent it.
Reports are between 25-35 pages. The number of pages depends on your birth information and how many channels you have. For example, someone with 8 channels will have six more pages than someone with 2 channels. The average report is approximately 28-31 pages.
No. Lots of care has been given to write and ensure that your report is concise and substantial while also being personable and easy to understand.
If you have received a damaged file we will manually regenerate your report and send you a replacement at no charge.
Yes. As long as you have their birth date, time, and location you can purchase a report for someone else.
SESSIONS:
Session lengths are determined by each individual analyst and coach.
We require that each analyst and coach provide live sessions, however they may choose to offer prerecorded options as well.
Yes. We ask that all analysts and coaches provide a Free 20-minute Discovery Call option for prospective clients who are considering session(s) totaling $300 or more.
Don't worry! Just send your analyst or coach an email with your name, session date, and Promo Code before your session begins. They will then send you an email ensuring you get the Free Report after your session has ended. It's recommended you inform them you've done this at the start of your session as well. Please understand that if you send the email after the session is over you will not be eligible for the free report so be sure to do it before!
